Help and support - What's on offer

If you ever need help with your Sage software, we've developed lots of useful tools so you can get the type of assistance you want, quickly and easily.

Help	Your software includes a comprehensive help system that you can access at any time by pressing F1. The Help system includes the following: Instructions and background information on each task. Frequently asked questions. Links to further help, such as videos and detailed support guides.
The Welcome Page	The Welcome page provides you with a central resource base, from where you can access information on Getting started, Regular tasks as well as links to our Ask Sage customer support. Find out more.
Support Homepage	The Support Homepage brings together details about your system information as well as your Sage software. Should you need to contact our support team you will be asked to refer to this information. Find out more. You can access the page from the Help > About.
Customer Support	SageCover customers benefit in lots of ways, one of these is access to our dedicated telephone support service where you can speak directly to Sage experts if you get stuck. This service is provided from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm for SageCover customers and 8.00 am to 6.00pm for SageCover Extra customers. For details about how to contact Sage, see Contact us.
Sage Training	Everybody has a limit that they can achieve when learning on their own. That’s why we recommend Sage Training for all of our users. Every Sage Training course is written and presented by staff who are experts in Sage software. There are Sage training centres in Birmingham, Bristol, Croydon, Glasgow, Leeds, London (Brent Cross), Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich and Reading, each offering a range of training courses. Wizards	Wizards are designed to assist you in completing complicated or detailed activities by guiding you step by step through a process. They can be accessed from Modules > Wizards.
Sage Website	The Sage website has thousands of pages that provide an extensive range of information about Sage companies, products and services. You can keep up to date with all the latest news, product releases, promotions, developments and events at Sage by accessing our pages at www.sage.com.
Sage Services	Available from all screens, Sage Services is a web-based help system that covers all aspects of help and support at the click of a button.
Customise your company	Aimed at new users, this area is filled with useful information and videos to get you off to a flying start. The Customise your company screen appears when you first load Sage or can be accessed from the Help menu at any time.
